ZI WELLNESS SESSIONS, APPOINTMENTS AND CLASSES!

Ask yourself if you are satisfied with your level of joy, health or wealth in your life.
If you feel anything but empowered and amazing today, know I have tools to share with you that will help create positive change right away.
I encourage you to keep your wellness and or exercise routine fun and exciting and keep growing that list everyday!
Acquiring stress reducing practices including breathing techniques, yoga and or meditation will elevate your attitude and outlook on life, leaving you with more strength in mind, body and spirit.
Fortify your wellness goals with healthy habits like creative writing, fun fitness classes, indoor and outdoor activities and groups that make your heart beat with vitality and put a smile on your face.
Enjoy learning how to nourishing yourself with beautiful foods which are rich in nutrients that enhance your personal power.

It is my honor to assist you in creating a wellness plan for you which will improve the way you feel immediately. I am available for phone appointments, one on one sessions and private or corporate classes 3:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday.
