Michele is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT & YACEP), experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), movement specialist, behavioral technician, lifestyle coach and mentor. With decades of hands-on experience with individuals and classes, she offers a thoughtful blend of movement, breath, and lifestyle support to help people feel more grounded, balanced, and in control of their well-being.
Her approach is gentle, adaptable, and rooted in deep self-care. Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, Michele creates a safe, encouraging space for growth—meeting each client and student where they are and supporting them every step of the way.
Michele also provides in-service trainings for teachers, parents, and caregivers, sharing practical tools to support well-being and stress resilience.
