What’s Included
A personalized 90-minute session with gentle stretching, mobility-focused movement, prop-supported poses, breath practices, and your choice of guided visualization or Yoga Nidra. Each session also includes simple after-care suggestions you can return to anytime.
How It Works
Michele begins by learning about your mobility, comfort level, and personal goals before creating a session around your individual needs. Using supportive props and gentle, guided movement, she will help you explore stretches at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable. Every session is designed to help you move with greater ease while feeling supported throughout the process.
Outcomes You Can Expect
Release muscular tension and stiffness, improve flexibility and mobility, and feel more comfortable and confident in the way your body moves. Sessions may also support greater relaxation, body awareness, and a deeper sense of balance in both body and mind.

Every movement is optional, adaptable, and guided with care. Michele works within your current range of motion and offers supportive alternatives based on your mobility, energy, and comfort. There is no pressure to force a stretch or achieve a particular pose.

Your Staycation Questions, Answered
No. We use everyday items—pillows, blankets, towels, and a chair. Michele will bring props to ensure a comfortable and safe experience. She guides each step so you can relax fully. Everything is adapted to you, with options for comfort and safety.
A small, quiet corner is enough—room for you to lie down and place a few pillows, props, a chair, or blankets. We’ll make your space work comfortably. Natural light helps, but Any calm, clutter-free spot where you can lay down works beautifully.
Wear soft layers you can move and rest in. Skip heavy meals beforehand, silence notifications, and have your blankets, pillows, any props, and water (or a warm, hydrating beverage) nearby.
Yes. Staycation was designed with caregivers in mind. The session emphasizes deep rest, gentle support, and nervous system regulation. You’ll finish feeling restored, clearer, and better able to cope.
Yes. Michele will coach your setup on video and guide every position and breath practice so you feel safe and supported. We’ll adapt props you have and provide follow-up tips afterward.
