Don’t worry if you don’t have enough props; Michele will bring plenty to ensure your comfort and support. She’ll guide you through each step with clarity, compassion, and respect for your individual pace and needs.

How much space do I need at home?

A small, quiet corner is enough—room for you to lie down and place a few pillows, props, a chair, or blankets. We’ll make your space work comfortably. Natural light helps, but Any calm, clutter-free spot where you can lay down works beautifully.

What should I wear or prepare?

Wear soft layers you can move and rest in. Skip heavy meals beforehand, silence notifications, and have your blankets, pillows, any props, and water (or a warm, hydrating beverage) nearby.

Is this good for caregiver stress or burnout?

Can this be done online if I’m not local?
