Not at all. These sessions are inclusive and non-religious. “Spiritual” simply refers to connecting with your inner self, values, and sense of purpose—whatever that means to you.
Anything you’re carrying—stress, burnout, life transitions, personal growth, grief, or simply feeling off. You’re welcome to bring whatever’s on your mind, big or small.
We start with a check-in, talk through whatever’s showing up, and work with tools like mindfulness, breathwork, guided inquiry, and goal-setting. The tone is gentle, respectful, and centered around what you need.
That’s completely up to you. Some people check in weekly or biweekly, while others come as needed. We’ll find a rhythm that supports your goals and lifestyle.
